My 7-step process for comprehensive editing.
Step 1. You email me your the final draft of your document in MS Word format .
Step 2. I prepare a quote, with options, and I specify a delivery date.
Step 3. You accept the quote by paying into my bank account and email me proof of payment.
Step 4. Within a day or two, I check your citations and references and email you a report so that you can find missing or incomplete references while I edit the proposal, thesis or dissertation.
Step 5. On or before the delivery date, I email you the first round of the edited document with track changes, comments and suggestions.
Step 6. You carefully consider each track change and accept or reject as you see fit. You answer any questions, comments or suggestions that I have made. You return the corrected document with the corrected references to me, within a reasonable time.
Step 7. I recheck all the references and all your corrections to the grammar, language, and questions or suggestions. I will return to you the second round, final document, with any additional track changes, at no extra cost. The second round takes me another one or two days.
After you have checked and accepted most of the track changes and implemented most of the suggestions or corrections, email me your corrected final document from step-7. I will re-check your final document, at no extra cost, to ensure good quality. I will prepare and email you an editing certificate, with the title of your document, your name, the date, and my signature. Similar to the example above.
